Pro Parts Center offers local delivery to the general Houston areas within a 100 mile radius. Next day delivery is available for orders placed after 3 PM Central time.
We offer same day delivery to most of south Texas. Also provide overnight delivery service for dealerships and body shops through OPS. You can't beat those delivery times!
Pro Parts Center gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa and PayPal online to cover purchases. We accept the same payment types in store, but naturally, we happily except cash as well.

Return Process
Returns within 60 Days: If you're returning a part within 60 days from the date of purchase, we will gladly accept your return for full credit. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.
Returns between 60 to 90 Days: For returns made after the 60-day period, a $10 restocking fee will apply to all returns. The item should still be in its original packaging. Please note that all returns after 60 days will ONLY be issued as a credit to your account; you will not be able to request a refund check.
Misfit Painted Parts: If you are returning an item due to a misfit, and the item is painted, we kindly ask that you provide pictures. This helps us process your return efficiently and ensures a swift resolution.
Warranty Returns: All parts come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects caused by modification, alteration, collision, or any misuse of the part. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle to which the part is installed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a credit to your account. If you prefer a refund check, please specify this when the RGA is processed. Otherwise, the amount will be credited to your account.

The PPC Pledge
At PPC, we take pride in the quality of the parts and products we distribute. We stand behind them with our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
All parts are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. We guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects caused by modification, alteration, collision, or misuse of the part. It is non-transferable and applies only while the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part was installed. The warranty also covers perforation (metal rust-through) caused by corrosion during normal use.
If a part fails due to a defect, simply provide proof of purchase to your local PPC distribution center. A replacement part will be delivered on the next business day (where available) at no additional charge.
What is Not Covered
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Commercial vehicles
Failures or perforation resulting from accidents, damage, abuse, or improper installation
The PPC Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable.
PPC is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its distributed parts. (Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.)
This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
